Jean Sellnau – Master of Getting Things Done (and Making It Fun)
Jean Sellnau has built her career on two things: making magic happen in the world of mortgages and making it look effortless. With a background spanning mortgages, finance, sales, management, and small business ownership, Jean has a rare talent for turning chaos into clarity and big ideas into real results—often with a spreadsheet in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other.
From her early days twirling a baton in Virginia parades to keeping baseball moms laughing at her son’s games, Jean has always had a natural gift for leadership, organization, and good humor. Colleagues know her as the person who solves problems before anyone else even realizes there’s one—and does it with a laugh, a clever pun, and a calm confidence that puts everyone at ease.
Outside of work, Jean is a devoted fan of all things baseball, loves to cook, and treasures time with her husband, David, and their kids. She brings that same passion and energy into everything she does, whether she’s mentoring teammates, managing complex projects, or confidently competing (or at least hoping to win) trivia night.
